THE DJ

Known to many as Hexagon78 he is the Manager and CTO of Twisted. A full-stack web developer by trade Hexagon combines technical expertise with a lifelong passion for music proving that creativity and technology go hand in hand.

Music has always been a huge part of his life. At just 14 years old he began working as a sound engineer at a local radio station laying the foundations for what would become a lifelong journey within the underground music scene.

Whether behind a computer building platforms or behind the decks playing to a crowd Hexagon brings the same dedication passion and attention to detail to everything he does.

THE MUSIC

At the age of 22 Hexagon became involved with a collective of DJs who organised underground illegal raves across the Netherlands. For around four years they travelled the country performing at events organised by other crews while also building and running their own sound system gaining invaluable experience within the underground scene.

Drum & Bass has always been Hexagon's first love but over the years his musical tastes have expanded to include Hard Techno and Minimal / DeepTech giving him a versatile sound that reflects his broad appreciation of electronic music.

After taking a break from DJing Hexagon recently returned to the decks regularly streaming live sets on Facebook whenever the opportunity arises. His passion for mixing remains as strong as ever and he continues to enjoy sharing the music he loves with audiences old and new.
